September 2011:
STUDIO 3 announces the COMPLETION of Synergy Enterprises, Inc. in collaboration with Washington Property Company and Cresa Partners. Synergy Enterprises is a 22,300 square foot project located at 8757 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland. Thanks to everyone on the team for a job well done. This project was a pleasure and has utilized many of the holistic design concepts with measurable results. Stay tuned for more facts on how we accomplished this in my next blog.
In Construction:
Due for completion this April is our 25,000 square foot - Economists Incorporated project located on the two top floors of 2121 K Street. JLL is the broker and contractor on the project and all roads lead to an on time and on budget project delivery. Check back for images on this web site in May.Terrific client and build out!
