Economists Incorporated Inc was recently completed on K Street in NW Washington, DC. The 25,000 square foot project  effectively reduced the client's former space usage thru planning and design solutions while providing a fresh new brand to the office.This connecting stair facilitates more communication between teams by proper location and also by developing meeting areas on the upper and lower levels for impromtu gatherings. Have you ever been in a 4 hour  conference with no windows? Exactly.This conference center offers the efficiency and audio visual benefits of an interior room with access to natural light from the exterior window wall. Success!Meeting our clients design vision is paramount to any project and this space was a perfect  blend of classic design with warmth and a brand new image.What a great way to connect collegues on two floors. Ample, yet efficient space for the library function as well as a follow up discussion on a team project. Let's face it - we all love our lunch break so this unique design offers a wonderful view of downtown D.C. during peak lunch time and then multifunctions as conference space for casulal group meetings during the remaining work hours.Branding the space begins with the building selection and arrival into your office. Designing the  elevator lobby to reflect your Firms image is a great opportunity to establish your brand if you are a full floor or multi floor tenant.Boardroom deisgn can be very costly or very practical and enhance great design in either case. Allowing an exciting exterior view into the space thru the glass wall can be a very cost effective design solution as well as creating a pleasant room which may be occupied for hours at a time.
